Bachelor Thesis on Current state of organic production, manufacturing and availability of organic food in Ústí region describes principles, goal and benefits of organic farming certification, control and production of organic food. The experimental part includes overviews of organic food producers in the Ústí nad Labem. The main objective was to determine the production and availability of organic food, price monitoring of individu-al items and their comparison with conventional food. The conclusion creates a compari-son of prices of selected items in specific shops and a comparison with previous years' prices.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of organic farming and it is focused on evaluation of the current state in the territory of the South Moravian Region. The aim is to find out current level of organic production in all districts and to compare them with respect to the size and structure of cultivated areas and to the number of registered organic entrepreneurs. Subsequently, the work deals with the situation in the Blansko district in more detail. From the information obtained through the questionnaire survey it describes the ways how the local farms apply the organic production and maps the availability of organic products and organic food for the final consumer. For a few selected subjects uses a SWOT analysis and evaluates their business activity associated with the final presentation and distribution of their production.

Bachelor thesis "Characteristic of organic food availability and mapping of public catering possibilities in Brno" is aimed at availability of organic products and organic public catering in Brno. In the first part there are characterized common terms as ecological agriculture, organic product and basic principles of their production. Than it is described system of organic products certification, basic categories of produced range of products and actual situation of organic food in the Czech Repulic and in European Union. In the experimental part was found out that in the Southmoravian region is actually 100 producers of organic food and the most of them is in Breclav region, where is mainly wine produced. Ability of organic food in locality Brno is sufficient as shows selling places named in the thesis. Results of questionnaire investigation which was made among customers of organic restaurants shows that this group of peoples have information about organic products.
